Dora Yim

Secretary (2023-2024)

Dora is the Deputy Head of Property Management in CBRE Advisory Hong Kong Ltd. She has over 20 years of experience in Property and Facilities Management industry. Before joining CBRE, she worked in several esteemed companies with headquarters located in Hong Kong, UK and US. Dora is currently the Secretary for the IFMA Hong Kong Chapter had been serving various key roles in the Chapter since 2013. Dora was awarded as Winner of Asia Pacific Facility Manager of the Year 2021.

Henry Cheung

Managing Director

Ir. Henry Cheung was a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering, Division of Engineering Science. He also attained the qualification of Master of Business Administration from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia.
Ir Henry Cheung has over 30 years of experience in the railway engineering industry, serving in various capacities in client, consultant, and supplier organizations and has delivered railway systems around the world. Ir Cheung is renowned in the local engineering community and global railway industry. He has served in various positions in many professional institutions and has lectured in post-graduate level railway engineering courses.
Ir. Cheung is currently the Managing Director of KONE Elevator (HK) Ltd and the Chairman of the Finnish Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

My Sustainability Goals for 2023:

KONE has pledged to have carbon-neutral operations by 2030. We have committed to cut 50% of the emissions from our own operations and a 40% reduction in the emissions related to our products’ materials and lifetime energy use.

Erik Vaughan

Co-Founder / Technical Director

Erik Vaughan co-founded GS Renewable. With 15+ years of experience in the heat pump industry, he has designed heat pump systems for large scale projects for distilleries, listed buildings, luxury homes and hotel chains. He values sustainability and is a member of the European Heat Pump Association and an alumni of the EIT Climate-KIC Accelerator backed by the European Union.

His work has enabled GS Renewable to attain 18 awards and accolades for his heat pump system design.

My Sustainability Goals for 2023:

Lead the transformation for organisations in Hong Kong to achieve their ESG commitments across their supply chain especially for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions through end to end heat pump solutions.

Julien Watel

Director Energy Business Line

Mr. Julien Watel graduated with a master’s degree in Mechanical and Energy Engineering at Polytech Marseille University (France). Fully engaged in sustainability solutions development for giving a brighter future to the next generations, he has over 22 years of experience in energy management and building services engineering with extensive international experience in construction of building services plants with the aim of thinking operations from the design phase.
In Veolia, Julien has been promoting implementation of smart energy services in the Middle East and Central Europe. He is now assigned by Veolia to work as Director of the Energy Business in HK Line and as Executive Director of the Southa Group of Companies to accelerate the development of energy performance services to cope with environmental challenges.
